We run promotions from time to time that offer free shipping on any purchase of 3 items. You can check our current promotion in the header bar or below the add to cart button. 

How long does shipping take?

For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the delivery icons below the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

We dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 days. Once we dispatch your package, you will receive your shipping confirmation. You can monitor your item at any time through "Track My Order".

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check all address details, including unit/apartment numbers and postal codes, before completing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue. We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

If a parcel is returned to a third-party fulfillment center or warehouse due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees or unclaimed packages resulting from customer-provided address inaccuracies.

We offer a 30-day return period. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll help you return your items for a refund.

1. Go to our Returns Page: Enter your order number and email address to access your order.
2. Select Your Items: From your order history, choose the items you’d like to return and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
3. Submit Your Request: Once submitted and approved, you’ll receive email notifications with shipping guidelines and any next steps.

Q. When do I get my money back?

A refund equal to the value of your return order (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the items are received.

Q. Can I Exchange Items?

Yes! To exchange an item:

1. Return your item by following the Self-Return Shipping process.
2. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit for your exchange.
3. Please note: additional shipping fees for exchanged items are charged by the carrier and cannot be covered by us.

Exceptions & Fees:

• Processing fee: An admin fee for processing and receiving returns may apply.
• Return costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Custom-made products: Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made products, as they are tailored to you and cannot be resold. 
• Bulk orders: Returns for bulk orders are managed on a case-by-case basis. 
• Socks: The following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless faulty.

Promotion Terms: If you return items from an order that qualified for FREE Shipping or a FREE Shoe Cleaning Kit, your order will be reassessed based on the remaining eligible items. If the revised order no longer qualifies, the applicable shipping charges will apply and may be deducted from your refund. Any FREE Shoe Cleaning Kit must also be returned; otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
